Clause 03
Due diligence
Before you sign, we read what the brochure leaves out.
We review the legal reality of the asset: registry, title chain, liens, permits, municipal standing and any litigation attached to it. For companies we also look at corporate authority and hidden obligations.
You get a written report with the risks ranked, so the decision to buy, renegotiate or walk away is made with evidence.

What the engagement includes
- Registry and title review
- Liens, permits and municipal status
- Corporate and litigation checks
- Written risk report
How the file runs
- 01
You write, we answer
A short message with your situation is enough. We reply with the route that makes sense and what it costs, before any meeting.
- 02
A 30 minute strategy call
We go through your case, the documents you already have and the realistic timeline. No obligation, no sales script.
- 03
Fixed price, written scope
You receive the scope and the price in writing. It does not move unless the case changes in a way we explain first.
- 04
We file and follow up
We handle the DGME and TSE, answer requirements and keep you informed until there is a resolution.

The exact list, in writing
The documents depend on the route, your nationality and your family. We send the list for your case by email after the call, so nothing is missing when the file is filed.
