These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the engagement letter for a legal matter: that document is signed separately, in writing, before any work starts.
What this site is
This site presents the services of Plan B Costa Rica by Simple Legal Consulting and allows you to request a 30 minute call or send a written enquiry.
Nothing published here is legal advice for a specific case. Immigration rules and their interpretation change, and the correct answer depends on facts we have not reviewed yet.
Calls and enquiries
A requested call is confirmed by the office by email. Until that confirmation, the time is not reserved.
The first call is free of charge and does not create a professional relationship. That relationship begins when an engagement letter is signed and the fixed price is agreed.
Fees
We work with fixed prices agreed in writing. The site does not publish prices because they depend on the route and the evidence required.
Accuracy of the information you give us
Immigration outcomes depend on the accuracy of the documents you provide. We cannot be responsible for decisions based on incomplete or inaccurate information given to us.
